The 911 restoration branch in Oregon did a lot of things wrong from not being truthful about schedules, not giving updates, not returning calls, and not finishing the job. I would never hire them again. Their main branch responded quickly to my complaints ( I had to complain to their main branch). Their customer service returned calls and deliver results on time. I may never trust the Oregon 911 branch but I think how the customer service responded that the other branches are fine.

Crew was nice and worked steady..Not to good on clean up..Could have smoothed out insilation when finished..Didnt have a inspector or superviser check job when they finished..

We had 3 companies give estimates and explain how they would remove and treat the mold in the attic. We chose 911 Restoration because their representative seemed to have the best plan and the best guarantee on their work.

The estimator was congenial enough but for what they did, it was way expensive. I was in a hurry and only got 1 estimate. I am sorry I didn't get more. The serviceman was here for less than 2 hours, the mold was pretty confined, he did a good job in treating it, and I would have gladly paid $350, but $700?? I still cleaned the rug and contents. He cut away the carpet in the closet to treat the floor. Be sure you get a checklist of things they're going to do before agreeing. I understood a maximum of $800 worse cast senario. It definitely wasn't worse case.

"Due to the high cost of insurance for this kind of work along with other overhead costs when ever there is work done in an area the company is automatically into it expense wise upwards of $400 dollars. With so many lawsuits and confusion in the area of mold it creates really high overhead. I do understand though that it is not fun to pay that kind of money for such things and don't like charging it either. Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it."

Prompt, professional, expensive. Could have done the job myself for a fraction of the cost but didn't have the time to spend drying the wet area and needed a professional to certify the mold had been erradicated.

They were the only ones I talked to who had certifiable methods and equipment to deal with mold. However, they were unable to manage the whole project, being unprepared to contract with a licensed plumber to remove and reinstall the tub. I will still hire them to kill the mold, but now I have to find a plumber and someone to do the demolition and reconstruction.

Ty said it would take 3 days.... it took over 3 weeks and the project still wasnt finished correctly. I would not recommend 911 Restoration.
