Mike and his team were very professional and responsive at a time when they and msny other firms were extremely busy. The mitigation work was conducted carefully. They were helpful in our efforts to get an unreasonable insurance adjuster to do his job. We are pleased with our experience with Certified Water & Mold and recommend them to others.

No one likes to find out they have mold in their home. However,iff I had to do it again, I would have Certified Water & Mold at my home again. They were thorough & informative.

We had a leak in the kitchen & water had soaked everything under the sink, the insulation, drywall & under the kitchen vinyl. After repairs were made, we had Certified Watrer & Mold Restoration out. I had seen their ad on the internet & that they had great reviews & were on Angie's List. Everything I had read was true & even better. They were very responsive, helpful, informative & timely. They made a bad situation the best it could be. They did the demo & dried everything up with fans & a dehumidifier & put up plastic to keep the debris & heat in the kitchen. Restoration was just as efficient - if I could rate higher than 5 I would.

Arrived as planned and were very honest and professional. They did not try to make the problem seem worse than it was. I would highly recommend these guys...reasonable price and done right.

I have dealt with these guys before for a mold issue, and as expected they arrived almost immediately and are easing our concerns. Very professional and always communicate during the process. Most importantly, they truly care about their custoemrs. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Rough experience, the mold remediation team damaged my property and took a while to fix it. The lack of proactive and open communication caused doubt in the professionalism. The lead guy did take care of all additional expenses related to hicups in the project which was much appreciated.

They were on time and completed the job quicker then planned even though they found additional damage.

These guys did a great job removing a significant amount of mold from my garage and an adjacent closet. I called around and got several estimates. These guys were BY FAR the cheapest and were able to start right away. They also provided added services I needed, such as moving/restoring personal items and restoring walls that were damaged by the mold infestation. They worked with my schedule, even finding a way to come out on a Sunday. The whole thing took four days and I already notice a significant difference in my allergies. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely hire these guys again. Great job. Reasonable price.

THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY AND CAME AND CHECKED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A PROBLEM. I WAS ASSURED THAT THERE WAS NO TOXIC MOLD, AND WAS ABLE TO ASSURE MY TENANT.
