911 Restoration of Orange County

This is my first time using your restoration company upon my experience. I encountered many great things. 911 restoration came prepared on time with the proper equipment. I needed for them to assist me removing all furniture that was exposed and burnt even outside my plants and backyard furniture was removed. everything was sanitized and quickly smelled great. The products that they used were environmental. Clean and safe as requested I will definitely recommend anyone and thank you Shawn for your great work !

I have used 911 restoration in the past and every time I receive the best advice and care for my home my bathroom, toilet flooded which caused two affected rooms and hallways in the middle of the night. I called them right away. They answered quickly offered to come in even if it was late hours in the night without hesitation. Someone arrived very quickly. His name was Shawn He told me exactly what he was doing to fix the damage. As a homeowners we worry if the job is being done right! But he explained to me step-by-step what needed to be done he used a very strong tool that removed all of the water quickly and then showed me what he was going to use to sanitize the affected areas and how long it was going to take I received an instructions after he completed his work and may I say it was done very well, even where he sanitized every area even locations that didn?t need to be, but he went the extra mile to show why I continue to use 911 restoration. I highly recommend this company.

This company greatly exceeded my expectations. Every person I came in contact with was anxious to please me and the quality of the work done left my home looking better than before. Leah, the person who answered my initial telephone inquiry answered my list of questions to my complete satisfaction and made me feel comfortable making an appointment with their representative.
