Great work. Very timely and professional. Who wants to wake up to a leak NO ONE and 911 came out and cleaned up everything, made great referrals to finish up and the process was quick and easy.

Very good company to work with, Chris Poulin the owner is a stand up person, he and his crew demonstrated to me that the customer is important, Chris wanted to me sure that I was happy with the service and made concessions to make sure of that.

I found that working with the staff at 911 remediation was very easy and handled in a professional manner working with Ronnie and Kenny to coordinate the pick up packaging and delivery of all the furniture and possessions in our home after sustaining extreme water damage I thought would be very difficult, but they made it an effortless ordeal The owner, Chris was very professional and courteous as well as the entire staff. I would recommend them and have recommended them to other friends and neighbors neighborhood unfortunately had to say severe weather damage to it several years ago. They held all of our items in storage and returned them just recently.

It's never a good time to have to call these guys, but wow they are good at what they do. John Black and his team, Julio and Toni, were so nice, professional, and helpful in every aspect. Julio and Toni were here every morning at 9 am and worked super hard until 5 pm. I had standing water in my crawl space due to a neighbors hose left on for a week straight. They dealt with the water, the mold problem, and installed a vapor barrier. I was calling John several times with questions about insurance and what not. John always answered, and reassured my every concern. I had a plumber come out after everything was done, and even my plumber was impressed by the job these guys did! Couldn't recommend this company more when this type of unfortunate situation happens in your home.
