911 Restoration is a company that I cannot be more thankful for. Sam, Amanda, and all of the technicians were absolutely wonderful to work with. Prior to 911, we had a terrible experience with another company that came into our home and did the job incorrectly multiple times. 911 Restoration came out to our home and took the time to do the work in our house with respect, pride, and got it done the right way. They communicated openly and were very transparent about all of their work from start to finish. I will recommend them time and time again to anyone I know. They took a bad situation created by a different company and turned it around to make it right. Thank you to the entire 911 Restoration team. Wonderful customer service from start to finish, we appreciate you!

I would highly recommend this company. Their workers were courteous and knowledgeable. The site management and clean up was excellent. They referred a plumber who also met their high standards. They also were able to help with any additional concerns I expressed.

This was a demolition project for mold and water damage from a broken pipe. Brandon Jones worked with insurance company and we paid nothing out of pocket. All workers were exceptionally helpful during a very stressful event resolution.

He guided us through the extent of the repair, restoration, and insurance process. The team communicated effectively and protected our property throughout the job. They were timely, paid attention to detail, and were considerate.
