I have had such a amazing experience with 911 Restoration. From their prompt efficient knowledgeable hardworking employees to Gina she is the sweetest always their every step to answer all my many questions. I will be a returning customer and everyone should give them a call . I am very satisfied and because of them I have peace of mind. Thank you 911 Restoration. Grate job on my whole basement looks better then before.

No, no, no, do not use this company!! My VERY small job started in July, it's been a nightmare the entire time, and 5 months later it's not done! Many years ago I bought a house that needed a lot of work done, and it was completed in half the time of this job. I could have done a complete renovation of my little 2 bedroom condo in less time! I can't imagine a company being much worse. Look elsewhere!

Nemencio, Steve, Felix, Bill, Ben, and my project manager Ryan were phenomenal in addressing all the issues associated with my major restoration of two bathrooms and flooring that was due to water damage. Ryan was very professional in dealing with my insurance company having to answer all building/construction questions since I am not a contractor. The crew came out for demolition within a 2-3 day timeframe. Repairs are ongoing due to items being back-ordered or *out of stock* permanently so different selections had to be made or compromised. All individuals were very courteous, polite, and professional wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. They went above and beyond with clean up daily and disposed of debris appropriately. I would recommend 911 Restoration for any type of project.

I have never dealt with such a unprofessional group of people. They are liars and will charge you for services not even performed . I asked multiple times for a itemized bill since they told me intially the project would be $400 and it ended up being 1800$!!! I got a bill 3 months after services - at that time I was 8 months pregnant. They took complete advantage of me and are now trying to sue me for the $1800 . I m completely disgusted by this company. Please do not be fooled by them.

I used the home advisor to find roof repair person to my house, and someone came, said they could send both roof repair and my house needed mitigation as well. Second day, the mitigation crew from 911 restoration came, without sending me any quotes, and telling me that they would send the price to my insurance company and I don't need to worry about it. They started to work without any of our agreements on the price. They opened up my ceiling and wall, put a fan for couple of hours and left (last November). One rainy night, someone came to my house without notifying me and started to "repair" the roof, and my neighbor even called the police, when I tried to find this person, he told me that he would not able to fix the roof and would be come back, but he disappeared since then. So my 2nd floor bathroom was abandoned since Nov, 2019, with ceiling and wall opened, still leaking and wet. Now they start to send the bill to my insurance company and me that they would charge for more than $4000 dollars!! But my insurance company came to my house and did the evaluation, the amount of work the mitigation company had done only needs $950. The bothers me a lot, and since the ceiling and wall are open, the gas bill starts to rise a lot since the house could not hold up the heat. I think the 911 restoration does not solve my problem and cause me so much problems!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Mike came out right away within 20 minutes of the call when I had a water leak. They did a good job tearing out the damaged flooring and walls but the PROBLEMS began with the renovations. They installed the hardwood floors the same day of delivery ( I found out later wood is suppose to acclimate to the home for at least a week before installing). They send New England Flooring to refinish the floors. They did a terrible job so 911 sent them back out to redo the job which was just as bad. They damaged my furniture, ruined my hardwood floors that need to be completely ripped out, damaged my new kitchen cabinets denting them with the sanding drum, marked up all the paint walls and doors and left one wall half painted and then abandoned the job refusing to answer my messages. I put a claim against their insurance company who paid out for all the damages and now they have the audacity to send me a lawyers letter for full payment!! Do not just walk away from this company but RUN AWAY !!

Overall I was really happy with how they came in and did the project on time. They were very courteous. One comment I have is that I would have liked something in writing before the project. Overall we had no problems and would definitely recommend them!

They were absolutely fabulous to work. I was extremely happy with their work and their attention to detail. The quality was outstanding. I would not hesitate to call them back for additional projects. Overall I had positive experience working with them!
