This company totally took advantage of me being elderly, and having little to no plumbing education. They were called out because my shower faucet water would not turn off (cartridge replacement I now know), the average cost of this repair is under 150. It took about 6 minites and they charged $440.00. The part was 40.07 at Lowes :(........while they were here I had them check a leak in the hot water line downstairs, they said they would have to replace apx 5â of copper pipe; and charged 500.00! I do not think they even changed it out; if it is a new section why would it have stains on it from before? Not honest, would never recommend them, especially to the elderly. They saw a chance to make some quick money and were outright dishonest and misleading. Just goes to show you that you can not trust anyone these days, even if licensed and insured, they are out for the taking instead of having a returned client for life

I was charhed $470 for 1 hour of work! Look for a place that charges per. Hour. WAY TO EXPENSIVE!

Patrick and Seth, their technicians, arrived quickly and on time. They listened to what the problem was and checked out all the places I had concerns about. They came up with a solution, a price, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.

They were fast and efficient and fixed the problem quickly. It cost more than I was anticipating, but I have no frame of reference since I've never hired someone to fix my sprinkler before.

Fast and fixed the problem, however rather pricey (I'm not sure what market rate is, so maybe it's industry rate, but 424 for one valve replacement seemed high.
