Super responsive. I called them and they were at my house within two hours. My refridgerator was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Two technicians came, one was getting OJT. Both techicians were friendly and competent. I'm keeping their card on my refridgerator.

I had to have my ice maker replaced. The service call was $100. Which I thought was a lot. The whole job cost $350. I had to call them back because it was making crushed ice on “cube.” It still does not work correctly. There is a cranking noise when it is dumping the ice, and does not shut off when the ice bin is full. You have to do it manually. I still get crushed ice, though not all the time. I don’t want to pay another $100 for a service call and the 100 day warranty is up.

They responded promptly Service technician called ahead and was even early Technician was very polite, most efficient , thorough, obviously knew what he was doing I was given a quote which was "right on" when the repair was completed several days later once the part arrived
