i hired that 911 Service for My refgritor LG Repair service, since last month .Right now almost two month my refgritor is still not repire yet because they diagnoses for 2 weeks . waiting for compressor i do'nt know yet, may be one year. HOW CAN I RELY ON THEIR SERVICE. I MADE 2 PHONE CALL BUT , NEVER GIVE ME BACK RESOLUTION.
Response by 911 Service Today, LLC: Dear (consumer name withheld per their request) First let me express my apology to your frustration, I would feel the same if I was in your place. We contact your Manufacture numerous times and it is document in our office - you welcome to stop by to see these records for yourself. Your manufacturer still hasn't sent us an authorization letter or sent the parts needed for repair. Both of these things are needed for us to work on your refrigerator since it is under full warranty. You saved more then $400 on parts after we recommended to you that you use your warranty. We have even contacted them multiple times on your behalf. Every time we called we got the same response. They stated that we cannot get the parts until your case was be authorized, which it has still not been. Until your manufacturer sends both the letter of authorization and the parts we are unable to repair your refrigerator. i am very sorry for the delay

Their service guy Thomas was very professional. Although the diagnosis was that our microwave had 'died', Thomas explained why. I trust 911 Service and will use them again. He was also very prompt and courteous. Thanks Thomas!

My refrigerator stopped working, they were able to come out within a couple of hours, had the part on the truck and made repairs. Great customer service!!

According to the diagnosis provided by the technician, the bad high limit thermostat was the reason why the dryer wouldn't start. Before the technician took the dryer apart, the internal light and timer were still functional but now both of these parts are not working. In other words, the condition of the dryer got worse after the diagnosis. He was knowledgeable and nice though. Customer service was excellent, but ...

The two men who responded to our call were ending their day,but were on their way home so they stopped by. They found the problem with our fridge and had it fixed within an hour. They were very professional and we'd hire them again for any appliance work.
