911 Restoration of Baltimore

911 Restoration was a joy to work with.  <br /> I had a leak in my kitchen due to a roof problem. 911 came over within a couple days of me calling. They were very professional and quick to assess the damage and determine a solution. I was given a quote the next day, which was very reasonable. For 2000.00, they patched and tarred the roof, they broke down and replaced drywall. They also offered to paint the other kitchen walls to ensure they were all the same color. I was elated to know my kitchen would look much better after the water damage. The team showed up on time and completed the work diligently. The work was done in one weekend. The water damage was gone and my kitchen looked so much better than I had envisioned. I am so grateful I found 911. <br /> 5 months later, there is no more water leaking in my kitchen. The roof repair was a success. <br /> I will definitely be using 911 Restoration in the future for other repairs and upgrades.  <br /> <br /> <br />

They sent a crew for one day (and one day only).  Note that they billed me almost $5000 for one day's work.  Everything seemed to be fine until they (and I) realized that the insurance company was not going to pay anything.  Then the harassing phone calls started. The wife of the owner said she was a co-owner and told me in a voice message (which I have) that I would not have to pay. They had already received a payment of $1000 from me, which seemed to be plenty for one day of unskilled labor.  Then I later (months later) received a threatening phone call from Mr. Goldberg, saying he was calling about collections, but he did not give the usual warning that I think is required by collections ("this is being recorded..everything you say can be used..."). Today (over 6 months later) I received a threatening letter by a collection company and a letter from Mr. Marcus from 911 Restoration. <br />

At 1:00 AM on Christmas Eve, our hot water heater burst and pumped continually, spilling 1200 gallons of water in our basement. The water mitigation was handled so quickly and so well. I have no outside access to the basement, it was necessary for them to run a pump pipe from the truck through my foyer and into the basement. They put down strong, protective, plastic so this would protect my main-level floors. The basement family room floor was ruined by the flood. Preston drew up the renovation plans for both the finished AND unfinished parts of the basement and explained the repair process to me thoroughly. Both the plumbing and the repair workers did an excellent job. I had hot water for the holidays and I was hardly even inconvenienced. I was especially impressed with the flooring contractors who gave me excellent options for replacement flooring and worked around my time schedule with extreme flexibility. The new bamboo floor is so beautiful. Their services, especially that performed Clifton and Chris, turned a horrible experience into something our family is greatly enjoying. <br />

They had to fix the cracks, dry-loc the basement, treat the mold and install a drain outside the home. When the work actually turned out to cost more than the original estimate 911 kept his word and didn’t charge us any extra fees. I was so pleased I would highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who came out he was so knowledgeable as to why this was happening and what to do to fix it. The job was completed in 4weeks and my home is back to normal. The price was great and the work was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a water restoration company in Baltimore. I can contest to all they do I was in my home the entire time I’m retired so I saw how professional they work. I listened in on their conversations and I have to admit the maintained a level of integrity that surpasses all the other companies I’ve hired in the past. The job was done exceptionally well. It was timely and extremely precise.911 always on time which I loved. The only thing I wish was better was price.. My insurance didn't cover the damages so I had to pay out of pocket...

My basement flooded, Donald from this company came out to give me an estimate. We put down a deposit so we could lock in the quote they had given us. I called 911 Restoration and they arrived to my house within 30 minutes. Donald I trusted with my keys to my million dollar estate. This home is my dream home a place that I have worked for many years. I boarded my flight and left to see my family in India. I was so pleased with Donald’s presentation prior to my departure I had no worries. Honestly I didn’t even think about the repairs I was completely confident 911 was going to handle the job. When I returned home my home was outstanding. I was extremely impressed that I couldn’t even notice any repairs had been done. My home was in great shape nothing was out of place.

Thanks for the great effort guys. Not to mention Donald and his crew completed the work all before being paid. We didn’t receive the check from the insurance company until several weeks after to work was completed. I was so surprised that 911 Restoration paid for all of the materials and labor without receiving payment, but they did and the work was exceptional. I was extremely satisfied.

Well 911 was at my house the very morning I found them on the internet liked the reviews and called immediately. I didn’t have approval right away from the insurance company however Donald started the job and allowed the paperwork to catch up to outstanding work. I was so pleased because didn’t know what I was going to do if Donald didn’t work that out. Thanks 911 I really appreciate the work. I recommend this company” 10 stars”!!

So I found this company 911 Restoration & Flood Restoration and they have great reviews. Once the guy came out he said pretty much the same thing but he was going to clean and disinfect all my system to make sure the mold didn't spread and the price was much lower. I was so happy with the work and I highly recommend them

I have a dog and he’s really big. I had to leave my dog out every day and the guys Chris and Clifton even though extremely frighten still completed the work timely. By the time the job was complete 911 had established a relationship with my dog. I trusted 911 with the keys to my home and I wasn’t even in the picture. I returned to my home stress free and extremely happy.

Donald & Clifton had told me so many things about why things were happening in my house, he really educated me. So it took them about 2 days to complete the work. Everything is back to normal. I feel really good knowing that I have a company that I can count on when things like this happen. They are small and very personal. They made a horrible situation easier to handle. I’m a single parent and I’m skeptical of having men in my house period. Not to mention strangers however Donald and Clifton were so respectful and really made me feels comfortable. So they set up an appointment around my schedule and when the Inspector Donald came he was very good at this. From the start I didn't have to say much he just started his thing. He went through my entire house and did a full inspection on everything. It really amazed me because this was the first time he had ever been in my house. Then he started to tell me how this can be fixed. I received an estimate about 24 hours later as they told. Donald even advised me to get other quotes but I am the type of lady to go with my gut and I knew that I wanted him to do the work. They had scheduled to start 2 days away and I see why now he is very highly recommended. Mercedes kept in touch through email confirming the times and that was great! So the work starts, Chris and his team are on Clifton they have a rhythm down that is great and they work so well together. The work was completed within a 3 weeks. I had a French drain installed around my house, foundation leaks fixed; they fixed and treated my entire basement. Not only did they do an incredible job but Donald took his time to talk to me so I knew what was going on at all times. I am blown away by this company. The kicker is when I put the house back on the market after the disaster the house sold on the first day!! How about that!!! I was flabbergasted!!

911 responded immediately let me know they would be putting a crew together for the repairs that evening. 911 cleared the area, everything was removed out of the water. They removed all the water damaged material. Set up all the dryers and put into place measures to avoid the build up of mold.  I was very pleased with 911's work. I would refer them to my friends, colleges and family.
