Two workers came out promptly the morning I called and removed wet carpet padding and standing water. They set up 4 air movers and a dehumidifier. The owner came out and wrote up an estimate which I signed and paid a partial payment. After looking over the estimate carefully the next day, I had several questions, specifically about a charge of $332 for 773 sq. ft. of masonry acid wash, which was never done and $580 for epoxy injection -concrete repair which I felt was an excessive charge for what had been done. I tried many times to contact the owner with no success. I left messages on his voice mail, talked with another worker (Ron), and his receptionist and was told he would call me back. Never happened. I was told he was going to come to my house on 2 separate occasions to discuss the bill with me. He never showed and never called. Ron did call me back several times but he was not authorized to make any adjustments and had to discuss everything with the owner. After multiple back and forth, I finally got them to remove the charge for the masonry wash that had not been done but I feel I was overcharged for other things like the $580 epoxy, and $84.29 overhead charge (?), $84.29 profit charge (?). I don't even know what those last two things mean! As anyone can imagine, having ones home flood is a very stressful event. Having to deal with service people who are unresponsive and trying to overcharge you adds immensely to the anxiety and stress.

I contacted 911 Restoration and 2 other companies for provide an estimate for mold remediation. Hank's estimate was extremely detailed and outline everything he would do and the associated cost. Overall cost was less than competitors. Hank pointed out items that needed to be addressed that the other guys didn't. He was genuinely concerned about doing the job right to solve the problem we were having. He was able to get started very quickly. He did run over on the estimated completion timeline, but I would consider it reasonable; sometimes things come up that you just can't anticipate. I would call 911 Restoration again if needed.

911 Restoration was probably the best company I have done business with in the last several years.  They were here within hours of the request.  We were going to have the entire crawl space insulation replaced.  The owner, Hank Miller suggested to leave a section unchanged which saved us almost $400.  Not too many people would do that. We gave them a key to come and  go as needed an, they even asked if I wanted them to turn on the alarm.  They left my house cleaner than when they started, and pickup the trash that was already in yard before they arrived. A+ service and A+ pricing.  Highly recommend.  Thank you very much 911 Restoration.

They came to my house within 30 minutes, found the leaking pipe, turned off the water.  Then they cleaned the entire house that the water damaged.  James was so good, they made the house look better than before the leak.  The supervisor arrived shortly after, fully explaining the process and helped me make an insurance claim.  Very helpful because I had never made a claim before.  They came in next day, cutting out wet walls and they found mold.  Immediately they contained the area with a enclosure and hooked up some fancy equipment that the tech told me would keep the mold from spreading.  He was very helpful explaining the entire process.  With in a week, they had cleaned up the water mess, removed the mold, put some sort of sealant on the mold which he told me would prevent it coming back in those spots, and then they rebuilt the walls, cleaned all my carpets, repainted.  The amazing part was that 911 Restoration communicated with us so well, we knew exactly what was going to happen every step of the way.  Thank you for respecting us as a family in need and treating us as if we were your family.  Truly made this hard part of our lives much easier. <br />
