The contractor did a very poor work, did not follow trough with basic repairs and replacements that should have happened. There were so many things wrong that I would not consider this person a competent contractor.

Frustrating, confusing and slow demo project I selected them because they would get the permits right away so we could start June 7 and they would be doing asbestos abatement day 1, bring in big equipment and be done by Friday, June 9. Since we were out of town he wanted the money immediately on completion, to be wired to him. The reality was no permits obtained, no abatement on day 1, no equipment, they did the demo by hand. ORCAA and LNI stopped the project until proper permits and certified people did the abatement. There were days no one was working. They finally finished June 30, 20 days later than original date. Never gave me the state required disclosure statement and insisted on complete payment by wire without any lien sign off by vendors.

Roof Sealant Application
I hired 925 for a metal roof leak coming down a vent pipe. The invoice was for vent cap on my metal roof and ice shield. I checked and have picture and there is no ice shield. To install an ice shield you have to remove the metal roof panels and put it underneath the roof. No panel have been or were removed. I am disputing the charges on my credit card and may try to learn how to report them to WA State DOL as fraud. They came back out and acknowledge they didn't remove the roof panels per the invoice and install a correct ice shield. They they tried to offer a $150 refund for no ice shield but still wanted to charge me $2600 for a $50 vent cap that took them less than 1 hr to install. I refused their $150 refund because now I have to hire another contractor to remove it all and fix it correctly. The mexican roof repair employee who showed up didn't want to remove the roof panel because they long just like a metal roof panels. He also showed up in a sedan car without long ladders and helped himself to my ladders without asking. Which could be a liability and is unprofessional. He didn't seem equipped or qualified to repair metal roofs. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card co. for breach of contract/agreement and a false invoice.

"So when we were hired to fix the roof, it was a metal roof leak. We went out to the property and my employees are Latinos, which are very good roofers for metal roof repair. When we went there we found a leak. It was a rotted pipe boot the rubber around the boot, was all rotted. Once we were able to find the leak we took off two panels installed water and ice shield put the panels back on and then we added a new pipe boot sealant a cricket and the job was fixed it rain the next day I called them. He told me it did not leak anymore but he had wanted all the panels off to install water and ice shield on the whole side of the roof, which I would"

not only did they have a horrible blue shingle after i told them it was a grey blue slate color, the cleanup was only half done. The invoice was different than the charges on my credit card. When I called Tommy he stated the credit card company he used charged him 3.5% AND the customer 3.5% which I found was sleazy and not true. I would never deal wth that company again.

925 came out in the snow, patched the roof and did a roof cap that our previous roofer didn’t do properly and had everything done in one day! The communication was great, they provided before and after photos and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

After the last wind storm our roof was leaking into our house. We called several roofing companies that their web site did roof repairs. They all wanted to replace the roof claiming the leak could come from a number of sources, We called 925 contractors and they sent someone out that night. Looked at the roof. We agree to their repair and they repaired the roof that night. No more leak and for 1/3 of the cost.

Roof Sealant Application
I did not have a good experience with this company. I only asked for some chimney crown area caulking and sealant to temporarily stabilize a bad chimney crown for the winter. He sounded great on the telephone. Instead, he sent a worker and a helper, with whom I was not able to communicate. He was supposed to be at the work site. After the work, all he was interested in was being paid. He was rude in our subsequent conversation and treated me like one of his bad workers. I trusted them, and their company was one of the two that you suggested. I should have waited for the first company as the owner was going to come over personally to look at the required work. Sorry to be so negative.

"When I was hired to do work on his chimney it was falling apart I told him he need a new chimney because there were bricks missing at the top I use 15 cocking tubes of sealant and sprayed polyurethane on the whole chimney to seal it he did not want to pay for more brick to be added to the top 5 other companies went out there and did not want to work for him I told him that I was in Vancouver working on a big job I never told him I was going to be there and I and I were not rude to him he was there watch all the way through my workers told me so my workers ask him if he was happy with the job he said yes very then he calls me the next day and he wanted me."

925 Contractors responded really fast to repair eaves and asphalt shingles along with replacing the sidings on three sides of the chimney. The quality of work is very good and the communication is excellent. I would highly recommend this contractor if you need any roofing repairs.

Non-reputable Had a repair done, still leaked, was promised a refund but was given back less than half. Have been asking on numerous occasions for a refund and being ignored. The dispute was with my late husband whom I am trying to do right by now because I know that is what he would want. He was a very good guy and treated everybody with respect. Please respect his memory and just do as you promised and give back the refund of 2,338.80.

He used Google Maps to provide an estimate. Never sent an individual to view/measure the roof before giving me the contract and estimate. Then on the day of construction tried to triple the cost even though we had a signed contract stating the flat rate including material. Also, tried to tell me the initial estimate did not cover the entire job. Sent two gentlemen out to do the work, but only one person did all the work by themselves. Not the best business practice. Partly satisfied with the work, but I should have gone with the original contractor that gave me my first quote. Do not rush to get a job done, definitely take your time selecting a company to do your work.

"First of all when we went out to do her job she never explain to us that she wanted the outside patio done she decided to get the outside patio done at the point of us being there to do the work on the Enclosed patio we were able to do all the work for her at the price that we quoted do you only extra cost that she had to pay was the plywood replacement other than that she did not have to pay any extra cost the work was done to the Exactly the way it needed to be done and she was happy with the work at the time of completion this job was completed Two months ago"
