We had a leak with a roof vent. Tommy diagnosed from a google maps, estimated, his crew came out and fixed it in a few hours while it was raining. Overall a great experience.

We are still waiting for completion. They removed the chimney and fixed the leak, but the coating they put on the whole roof washed away in the rain and needs to be replaced. It is the expensive part and paid in full.

One of 8 old roof vents was leaking. My wife posted a notice on Angie's List and within 10 minutes, Tommy responded by phone. He was at the house within the hour to assess the situation. He offered to fix either the one leaking vent or replace all the vents with modern ones at a reduced rate. Before the day was half over, he and his crew had done the work. So far, so good -- no more leak and I trust that the other vents are good for the future.

They responded immediately to our home emergency. We called them this afternoon about a hole in our roof from a large tree branch. It is now repaired with a 20 year guarantee. That is truly great service.

Tommy and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time and worked quickly and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

Both stars are for rapid response to request and rapidly coming out to do the job. this was a repair job, that was repaired previously by a different company, who apparently only warranty for a year, repair failed at a year so they fixed it and in the second year it failed again and was no longer under warranty. good times. ANYWAY the company came out, gave me a much more expensive quote than expected, but they were willing to do it right then and said they guaranteed work for 20 years(!). They did the repair. The roof leaked with the next rain. I called and they promised to send someone out: nobody came out, same thing happened 2 more times. At this point we are entering the rain season again and the leak has still not been fixed.

Tommy was very good at contacting me and coming out for a possible repair on my flat roof that had a small leak. I was looking out my front window when I saw a young man and woman probably in their 20s hugging and kissing in my yard. I was just getting ready to go out and ask them what they were doing when the bell rang and it was Tommy. He got his employee the young man to crawl up on the roof and take pics for him. He did not provide a written contract and he gave varying estimates. I am an older senior woman who lives alone. I felt that he took advantage of me and got money he did not work for. He had the young man put down something which took about 20 minutes total and he charged $3900. I really do not know why I paid that. He did not give me time to think., I guess cause I was scared. But definitely not worth that much, it was just a small hole about the size of a needle. I learned my lesson. I was worried because he told me water could start pouring in everywhere and I needed it fixed right away. He said hed guarantees his work and come back if it leaked again. But doubt he will do that. Oh well, it is over with now. I will just eat peanut butter sandwiches for a while. Hope he enjoys my money. Be careful senior ladies.
Response by 925 Construction, LLC: I went the Roxana house to give hers down her son an estimate for a leak in her roof I got up on the roof and found damage to her flat roof I should her and her son the picture of what was causing the leak They were very concerned about water coming to the bedroom so I give three ways how to get it fixed they opted for the lesser expensive repair which consists of roof sealant over all the seams on her roof where water is coming in the house I was there for 4 hours working her son was on the roof with us I don't know where she thinks I only worked for 20 min and the young people hugging and kissing in front of her house was her neighbor's son and...

They were fast, professional and worked very hard as a team. Tommy covered me on the process and was thorough going over the contract and details regarding costs. Honest and conscious. Would do a project with them in the future.
