Russ is a great guy who does excellent work.

Russ is a great guy who worked diligently to complete our project. Very easy to be around and made sure we were happy with the completed work. I will hire him again if the need arises, which Iâ m sure it will.

Russ is a great handyman and person to work with. His work ethic is to be admired. His is totally dedicated to his craft and the well-being of others. I intend on using him again for a multitude of handyman projects.

Left with a leaky sink, detached drain flooding over newly installed wood and into living room, electrical outlets that do not work, and a bill to remove Rock Solid countertop and cabinets in order to repair the drain and electrical outlets and later reinstall the cabinets and countertop - all this after over a month of on again and off again work. I paid in full and was left with a paper towel note stating "there is a small leak" and "the disposal does not work" (it does and did plugged in to another outlet in the house - the outlet 951 provided as well as the other outlets do not work and were mis-wired. Homeowner's insurance threatened to drop my policy due to the illegal plumbing pipes under the sink, leaking... and the drain gushing out water... and the wire connections all not up to code. Rock Solid, Aztec Plumbing, Betterman Electric, and Coastal Woodworking - all four had to work on the mess left. Russ asked me to write a 5 star review if he did the plumbing - after I paid him in full for the cabinets. Never returned after the note... Cabinets shoddily put together, no trim installed, shims everywhere - please do not take on another cabinet job and do not install plumbing or electrical as you have no knowledge of any of these trades. Nice guy isn't really nice when you leave people with disasters - floods in their homes and electrical hazards... that's what you left here after a month of patiently waiting for this job to be done and dealing with an erratic schedule of show and no show.
