The service professional was not equip with the correct material to complete the job ( ladder), I feel like was over charged because I was in a time sensitive situation and to add insult to injury the job site was left a mess and the service professional attempted to upsell services I didn't need .

They said the leak was fixed but now it is raining and the leak is still there so obviously the work was not done.

I hired this contractor for a roof leak, he came and he supposedly fixed the leaks, now that the raining season came i have the same leaks hat i had before and i tried to contacting him multiple times and he is not willing to contact me back since i hire him from the same issue and i want the job redone

Employees did an absolutely great work,but the supervisor needs to know how to do a bid and order material.

Chris was quick to respond to mybroadcast for a leak repair. The day after the discovered leak he made an evening appearance and had the leak repaired the following morning. Friendly, gracious, fair.

He came to my house the next day(Monday) and fixed my problem. Very professional. Great job. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

They were great. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Ten days from bid to completion - letting me know each evening where they were in the project. Not only exactly matched my existing shingles (back half if the roof needed replacing), but exterminated a sugar ant nest in the attic. Because the roof was leaking, they provided tarping while waiting for supplies to arrive even though none of the roof had been worked on. Easy payment via Home Advisor, but they also accept checks. Hope to never need additional roof repair, but I will call them first if I do.

The company was very responsive to coming out and repairing a leaking vent boot plus fixing our bathroom exhaust so it meets code and properly vents to outdoors. Chris was true to his quote. He and another worker worked after normal hours to get the repair done and minimized the potential water damage. I highly recommend this company.
