Express Lock and Key

I just want someone to come and finish the job that I paid for. I paid $795 and he told me he was sending the receipt, which he showed me on his phone. I still have not received a receipt.

Express Lock and Key wanted to get into the business of door installation. The French patio doors ordered were perfect. The installation is very poor quality. He did work very hard to make it right. There is too many large gaps letting in air, screws in the door to hold the steel in place (because the both steel doors were cut and wood inserted to hold the hinges). This left jagged steel edges on the doors. The hinges do not align the doors at the top. Casey was wonderful and worked very hard for 2 days. Unfortunately he is not a certified door installer.

Express auto key made my car lockout a pleasant experience. The worker, Casey, was very considerate of the Covid pandemic. He wore a mask at all times and sanitized everything more than once. I also have to praise the customer service and promptness while tending to my vehicle. Casey was there within 30 min of my call and had me in my car 10 min later. The bill was more than manageable and thoroughly explained to me. He couldnâ t have been any nicer. Iâ d definitely use Express again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
