The owner was a very nice guy, I spoke to him on the phone. The two men who came to my home were also very nice, conversational, but not too much and they cleaned up after themselves. I know the cleaning really worked because I have a lot less dust on my furniture.

The old adage, "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here. It is the best $99 deal out there. Especially compared to the $200 to $400 the others charge. While the service was very couteous and well intentioned, it was not very professional. The young men sent out to do the job overlooked cleaning three ducts they had removed the vents from. They returned the next day and finished the job. The cleaning tool that was supposed to spin and knock loose stuck material did not work, so I got a basic vacuum job.
