pd $5500 for whole day They arrived @ 0800 and left @230 PM with a 1/2 for lunch. had Nick (co owner) back out to look @ job that was not finished. He said that he saw where his crew did $5500 worth of work. They left trees standing out front that needed to come down and didn't finish the back yard. I had requested 48 hrs notice so I could be on site with them that didn't happen either. I was told by Nick & John (foreman) that they could do all the work in 1 day. When I mentioned about the crew leaving @ 230PM he said that they only work 6 hrs and that their travel time to & from the site is figured in. None of this was explained to me prior. I had asked Nick if he would come back to make it right, he told me that he could not compensate me and I would have to pay for another days work. Now I have to hire another co. to finish the job. Costing me yet another several thousands. I would not recommend using Nine Oaks.

Professional, talented, and friendly crew. This Team did an outstanding job, removing 12 large sweet gum trees. Dropped them perfectly and performed precision removal. They did an excellent job of clean-up. I would highly recommend 9 Oak Tree Service.

They did a great job getting our huge oak tree down without having to take our fence down. They did not have the metal slabs to put down so it would not tear up our yard. They were supposed to take the logs from the tree and drop it over the fence on the side of the house and put it in the truck when they were done cutting. the bottom of our fence is cemented in so the dogs would not dig.The complaint I have is when they dropped the rest of the tree they dropped it on a archery target that we had down there and styrofoam went everywhere. They did not clean the mess it left.
