The service techs left a mess at my home and did not clean up and some paint and wood were damaged. The salesperson was excellent and knowledgeable. I shopped around and felt the price was a very good value. The real issue was the service techs. I have continued to tell neighbors to at least get a quote from them.

I wasn't going to use them, because the way they do estimates. Just my choice, that I would like to know who is the one doing the work. Sara persistently asked for them to be able to meet with us and I decided to meet with them. We met the owner and he was great. They had the best price with the best options. I am so thankful for them. Quick install just in time for the sweltering heat. If it wasn't for her persistence I would've never met them. Well done Sara!!!

They were not able to install a humidifier that I ordered along with my furnace due to space issues. That was disappointing. The installers were great. Worked very efficiently. I was worried about it getting cold in the house while they were doing the install. They got done much quicker than I expected.

: I had my 27-year-old furnace and a/c replaced by them. The entire process was effortless. Joe and John were great to deal with. The 2 techs that came out were very friendly and efficient. They had the whole project done in less than a day. The clean-up and explanation of the new system met and exceeded my expectations. The new furnace works great and is much quieter than the old one. We only had a chance to run the air for one day, and it also worked very well. I would highly recommend Air Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for furnace and a/c replacement
