"We installed this gate over a year ago and it did need one adjustment which we took care of. We received a call about 3 to 4 months afterwards saying that she was worried the same problem might happen. We came out and checked the gate and noticed that the gate was not the issue. The issue is that the ground on the left side of the property is shifting, making one post lean in towards the driveway. This lien has caused the gap between the gate in the post to be smaller. As of that point, it was not in danger of hitting. We mentioned that if it did hit again, we would come back and reset the post. We never received a call that the gate hit. We did receive a call a few weeks ago, saying that she was going to submit a complaint. We felt that was not right because the gate was still working correctly. Its the post needs to be reset. We are more willing to do that, at a discounted labor rate. But the problem is not with the installation or the product, the problem is with the ground naturally shifting."
"Thank you Joanna that was a tough one especially when the manufacturer didn’t have any answers lol Glad to be apart of the project and thank you for your kind words!"
