They new what they were doing,but showed up 5 hours late after we called them.

Had a washer and dryer repaired. First trip the dryer was fixed and the washer checked out. Technican said the part needed would have to be ordered which required an additional service call. All & all the jobs cost more than I anticapated but I feel the company(owner did the repairs) did a good job. The people were at my home on time, and even early.

Very honest advice and extremely reasonable.

The repairman was very prompt,he came out,and back again very quickly,but the part on the dryer that he replaced,had nothing to do with my problem,which was and still is a venting problem,which he told me that my apartment complex would need to take care of. The repairman did advise me of another way of venting the dryer,which I do appreicate,but I don't think that I should have been charged for a part that didn't need to be replaced. Althrough he was very nice I don't think that I can recommend him.

They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We called them out to fix our microwave (which they diagnosed and fixed easily) and they ended up fixing a problem with our stove (which we had been told would not be possible by a previous serviceman).
