A-1 sent a locksmith from a different company to my house to do the work. I was informed that his pricing structure was different and that it would cost twice what the estimate on the phone was. The locks were very simple and just needed to be cut. When the guy showed up he charged by the hour and instead of just using bolt cutters to make the job quick, he wanted to used a drimmel tool to slowly cut it off. When he used the drimmel tool it took a long time and he scratched my trailor. He was a nice guy but I would not reccommend this company to anyone.

Excellent job. The locksmith was very professional and a perfectionist! He also made helpful suggestions for securing our home. The scheduling was a great help, they came to my home shortly after closing and took care of everything! I would highly recommend this company.

He never gave a written bid. Kept saying he would discount the job, yet at the end of the job he charged an amount over what was verbally agreed upon. Also, he recommended an extra lock on a sliding door - then could not install it. He said he would be back the next day. Now 10 days later, he did not come back and it is not installed. Our door frame has splintered where he drilled and looks unsightly. This is the short version.

"You forgot to mention that youre slidding door was in a bad condition,when we arrived to the sight he found out that you wanted him to assemble the broken lock that you had taken apart.You refused to the offer of replacing it for a new one and you asked him to assemble the old lock .The technitian warned you that the lock may not last long.You were charged only for the labor and not for the parts"
