A1 Air Duct Cleaning

Never showed, cxl 3 times, right before they were supposed to be here sent text cancelling, 4th, never even called. They completely did not care that they trailed me along for 2 weeks with no dryer to use

Called when was going to be late

Very easy company to deal with. The contact with Theresa for the quote and setting up the date was simple and personable. Then comes the day of the cleaning. Cliff contacted us to let us know he was going to be about a half hour earlier than we scheduled and was it OK to come earlier. What a refreshing way to do business. Once here, Cliff went over everything he was going to do, we showed him where all of the vents were and he got to work. When done, he let us know what he found and showed my husband where there might have been any issues. Overall, great experience and we would recommend A-1 Duct Cleaning to anyone!

I needed to have the ducts in the house cleaned as soon as possible due to my allergies. A1 fitted me into their schedule right away and were here within a few days. Cliff and Cliff Jr. were so nice to my husband and me and did an incredible job. They were efficient, cheerful, clean and neat and left the house spotless. In addition they took before and after photos and what a difference they made. I can now breathe better and my husband and I are so very grateful for their kindness and help. We also thank Theresa who arranged the appointment for being so understanding and happy to help. You cannot get better than these good people.

We are very satisfied with A1Duct Service and intend to recommend them to others. Cliff and Cliff Jr were on time, friendly, professional and thorough. We have a new home that was having a stale, dusty odor when heat/ac was on. We never thought a new home would need to have the ducts cleaned, but there was construction dust and pieces of drywall in the ducts. Cliff showed before and after photos to us and we were very surprised at the amount of dust that we had been breathing . The odor is finally gone and I am relieved to know our air is cleaner. A1 did a great job!
