Greg is very knowledgeable and customer oriented experienced contractor. A1 team did a phenomenal job in transforming my house inside out. No muss, no fuss and great work! I received several quotes and found their rates to be comparable. All of my quotes were within $100 of each other. However, A-1 helped me update the door trim and use a multi-color scheme. They completed the work in about 2.5 days and it looks fantastic. They were the most responsive group I spoke to and they did an awesome job. Love My House!!!

The job was ok, but the owner lied to me about why the trim on the right side and back of my house had not been done. Instead of just admitting to the mistake and doing the trim, he made up a ridiculous reason why the trim had not been done. He said my neighbors said not to paint the trim. ? The neighbors? I said why did not he ask me? I had HOA approval to paint and I was the one paying not my **neighbors**. He had his guy do the trim the following day. I got the impression that this company is just barely making it. Just job to job, check to check.

"My dad was dying in the Hospital. I did not have any cell service inside the hospital. I forgot to tell my foreman to do. The trim around the windows he Didn't do because none of the other houses in the area, which was an HOA. We're done. So my guy being Smart and he couldn't get a hold of me at the time to ask me. He didn't do Them. Until the next day, when I heard from the owner, I pride my foreman for not doing them. Because a lot of times, if we do stuff, and it's not approved, then we have to go backwards. It was no big deal. It took my guy 2 hours to do it. The House looked beautiful. The owner was just a nasty man. I don't think anything could have pleased him. We get those customers from time to time. They're mad at the world. And we can't help them with that. But we can sure paint their house and make it look beautiful.!"

During the prep, some dry rot was noticed on key boards near garage and front entry. Carpenter arrived the same day to repair and replace. The quality of the paint job was excellent. Good crew. Clean up was more than expected. Greg was helpful in my decision making.

I did not use them, buy estimate was close to the painter I am going to use. Greg was nice, up front and listened. I went with someone else because that painter is doing 3 other houses on my street and was offering a discount if we all went with him

I hired to powerwash, fix dry rot, caulk and paint the exterior of house, My issue is the contract did not specify all the dry rot that he inspected and was supposed to fix before painting over. I let him keep the deposit for the work that he did do, and had someone else come and fix all the dry rot and fill the cracks and the window seal and repair stucco before painting.

"We had a contract to do wood rot repair and paint the house. After pressure washing, my foreman noticed two areas that needed more wood replacement. We were going to do the replacement of said areas even though she would not meet me at the house after the tenant had literally destroyed a lot of the wood that was not in question by poking and disturbing areas not even covered in the contract. I tried to make it right, but she would not listen."

Being a very busy working mom, I am super glad I found a Great Company to paint the exterior of my home. From the start Greg and Linda were patient, courteous and understanding through the decision process and scheduling. They were not pushy and were able to accommodate my crazy schedule every step of the way. Once the project got started, Carlos and crew walked me through each step of the painting process, confirmed every detail I wanted and made suggestions along the way. They were onsite early, pleasant and not disturbing to neighbors. They were very courteous to my family as we went in and out of the house. End result.... GORGEOUS! I would definitely hire them again for another project in the future and refer them to friends and family. A job guys! Thanks again!!

Greg was a pleasure to work with and his crew did a A-1 job on my house. They painted the exterior and then came in and did two bedrooms on the inside, walls and doors. Outstanding quality. Small issues with items that were to be included in job, (trim around my windows, they did not do first time around til I insisted). So I clashed a little with the paint foreman but in the end, he did the job I wanted them to. They arrived when they said they would. It took them add'l time to paint my house due to the trim work. We are extremely happy with the end result. It's stellar. The quality was exactly as the salesman said. Excellent.

Greg is a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. He's also very prompt with his quotes and with getting the job started quickly so I hired him to paint the exterior of my house. His pricing is fair as well. His painting business and his crew are top shelf and a well oiled machine. The guys arrived at 7:30 and 7 hours later they had finished. My house is fairly small. I did several walk arounds during the project and at the end while the guys were cleaning everything up. Each time I looked in every nook and cranny but just could not find anything to complain about. The end result was a very sharp looking house, it really could pass for brand new! Thank you to Greg, Carlos and the whole crew for a superb job.
