Did a good job

I did the move and arranged for 3 men. I explained to Marlin I had two locations to move and it was quite a bit. When the truck arrived they made sure to start my time prior to any conversation on what needed to be completed and a plan. Truly hind site is 20/20. The team could not function without the leader telling them what to do. So, quite a bit of time was wasted in conversation. The equipment was not efficient in moving from the upstairs; so there was an extreme amount of time carrying one box at a time. The men wanted a King size dresser and a mirror that I asked to be dropped off at the dumpster so, they took the space on the truck that I needed to keep, and Roberto leader of the team tells me they are running out of space. There was no organized method of packing my boxes when they were placed in the garage. They could not and did not connect my washer, dryer, couch after I had made sure to request a team who could do this. It was $1400.00/Night mare.

The crew sent was courteous, arrived on time and got right to work. They wrapped my furniture and did not damage anything. Due to moving into a high rise they worked as quick and efficient as possible. Thanks again!! Would definitely recommend using these guys again.

I was very pleased with this moving service. They took care to wrap all my furniture so it wouldn't be damaged. They also sorted my boxes by size, so that I could unpack them easily. They were very efficient. They all moved quickly and they were finished much sooner than I expected considering the amount of stuff I had to move. I would definitely recommend them.

Did well just need to be a bit more faster. I know that they donâ t want to damage your stuff. But I had mostly boxes of toys and clothes.

They are efficient and very thorough. They came in working. Got started and it was all work from the time they started until they finished. They were prompt and got to my apartment early. I have already recommended them to a few people that is moving in the near and distant future. When I move again I kept their information so I will and can hire them again. Thank you guys

Second time I have used this company. Very good pricing and service.

The guys that moved us were wonderful to work with. When I packed my boxes I wrote the room where they were going on them and the guys asked which room was which and they put it in the rooms without need to ask where each box went. They were careful with my furniture and walls. I highly recommend them and in fact need one more trip to finish the job and will be using them again.

The movers were not skilled movers, they did not know how to wrap the furniture or move it. The supervisor does not listen when you call to voice your concerns. He insinuated I was a liar and talked over me. I informed the supervisor if he did not have his normal crew I should have been informed and able to decide if I wanted to take that risk. They also did not know how to stack the truck and it took 9 hours for them to do one load. It was 7-10 miles from one location to the other.

Rochan and his helper were knowledgeable and we're really good moving my mother's piano. I appreciated the care they took to protect the finish and vulnerable parts of the piano, such as the music shelf as they strapped it into the dolly. Great job by a professional duo!

These guys are nice, neat clean and moved moved us safely. We moved from a third floor town home in the summer and they did a great job. I'd recommend them.
