They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They communicated right up front about the difficulty in getting permits quickly in Marion County. So no surprises. I would highly recommend them. Quality work for a fair price.

I highly recommend A1 Aluminum. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. I appreciate dealing with the owner rather than a salesman. Communication on the progress of my order and scheduling was prompt and accurate. The quality of the materials and most importantly the craftsmen was excellent. I cant say enough good things about them. I have future projects and I fully intend to use A1 Aluminium!!!

Scott and his workers did exactly what they said they would. To quote my wife, "the aluminum porch roof and railings were worth every penny"!

THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO START WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE FIGHTING THE COUNTY WITH ME TO GET A " gOOD" PLAT OF OUR LAND , MEASURING SEVERAL TIMES, ..TO SHOW THE COUNTY THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO BUILD THE PORCH

Very happy with the work. Did exactly what they said they would do.

They built a screen room with concrete foundation/floor. Though they warned me the concrete would need to be left alone to cure; they did not tell me that the nearby trees would cover the cement with stains, or the unexpected expense of hiding the problem. If you plan to cover your cement with paint, tile, or whatever the company is fine. Otherwise plan extra money for the project because that is what you will need to do.

The gentleman who did the work was courteous and friendly, did an excellent job and cleaned up after. The rate was agreed on the phone and there were no extra charges.

He has not finished the job up to today Does not clean up after No final walk through

Windows were a little hard to move but a Teflon spray on the track was helpful. Happy with the appearance, good value!

Excellent work. Very professional and customer service was great. The job was completed in one day and the price for entire new pool screen enclosure was very good. Definitely a great company.

Did a great job of adding new siding and under pining our home. It took longer due to storms but it looks beautiful and like a new home!

These people were real attentive to me and answered all of my questions until I signed the contract I was told they would start in three weeks, six weeks after signing the contract I finally got an answer as to when they will start my project it was "we have three other projects in front of you" the first blue print that was given to my HOA was done on what seemed to be a scrap piece of paper they didn't even use a ruler. Almost 8 weeks after signing the contract they came and removed my old lanai and put up a partial frame with a roof very dangerous in a community full of children, after I let them know they had less than two weeks left before my loan was closed and they wouldn't be able to charge the account they finally started really working on my lanai but didn't finish it in time, went through allot to get them paid before they finished the job. Then when I told the loan company that they didn't finish the job the loan company tried to contact A1 aluminum leaving a message for A1 to call them back, so what does Scott the owner do? He called me and tried to intimidate me by making up a story and repeating several times "we have a problem". He finished the job the next day after all of that. I truly believe he had no intentions of finishing the job. There was much more that happened but this was the gist of it. The installed floor is not flush to the wall I will have to caulk that myself.

We had a screened in Lanai. A1 Aluminum came in a removed it and installed in a beautiful sunroom. It looks amazing and it is quality workmanship. Love it! Thank you A1 aluminum!

I did have to wait longer than expected but figure it was there work load. Quality was exceptional and workforce was very easy to get along with. Very accommodating. Also installed ceilings on two patios as well, very nice. Would definitely use again and recommend. Jim A.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. About the only good thing is that they showed up to give me an estimate when they said they would be there. After they took my order and my check for half of the cost...i constantly had to contact them to find out what was going on. It took close to 2 months for them to install my awnings. I didn't mind the wait as much as their lack of communication in keeping me informed of what was going on...why was it taking so long. (they told me they were having problems with the manufacturer. I understand things happen. But I don't understand why they cannot call me or email me to let me know.) Then, when they received the awnings, they called to say they were going to install the awnings the next day (Saturday) and if we didn't agree to let them install them the next day they didn't know when they would be able to install the awnings" The problem is that we observe Sabbath from Friday eve until Saturday eve. We rest on Saturday and do not allow work to be performed from Friday evening until Saturday evening, for us or any worker. And even though I received an email telling me they would cancel the Saturday appointment...workers showed up at 8:30 Saturday and started working. The workers did a good job, so I will say that the product is good, but the customer service is not. They lost a sale because I was going to have them build a carport also, but not now.
