I have used HomeAdvisor previously with great results, so did not hesitate to call a recommended business for this project. Cordial (phone) reception, with a "can-do" attitude from A+1 Appliance. Scheduled a repair on my glass-top range for 2 days after the call, which suited my time line; repairmen were right on time, with a courtesy call in advance of arrival. Dave & Russ were pleasant, professional, and certainly knew how to fix the problem. Would absolutely call again if necessary.

My repair person, Dave, came within an hour of making the call and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He showed that he cared and took the time to explain what was happening and how he was fixing it. Cost was reasonable. Would definitely use the company again.
