Came by first to make sure he could had the right part. Showed up first thing the following morning as scheduled, replaced the pump on the washer, gave me some tips, and was on his way. Very professional. One of the best repair people I have ever encountered in New York City.

My fridge stopped sending cold air to the fridge portion. Kosta came and diagnosed and fixed the problem ( a frozen air flow connector frozen in the wrong position) quick and efficiently Very reasonable charges. .

My experience with A1 Appliance was not very pleasing. After 4 visits to my home to repair a refrigerator still not working proper so I am going to have to buy a new refrigerator. I paid $258.00 for the repair that didn't work and I am having difficulty trying to get my money back although I have a guarantee on his work. The proper thing to do is for Mr. Gino is to come forward and return my money so I can buy another refrigerator. I paid him cash, what he asked for for so I want cash back reimbursement. I hope this issue could be resolve as soon as possible. Thank you, Ms. Brown.

"A refund was given to the customer. I paid a restock fee and shipping on a part that I did not need. And I am the bad guy? This is a business. I do not keep Deposits for profit. Money was given right back. Not the 1st nor last time, part of being in business. Why the bad review? I have no idea. I did the right thing that is all that matters to me. My reviews speak for themselves."
