I got 4 different quotes for my bathroom, and decided to use A1. So glad I did. I loved having John as my contractor and the people who did the work form him. Communication was John was excellent. They were all extremely dependable, reliable, professional, and trustworthy. The project was done timely. Actually, Id say sooner than what I expected. My boyfriend, who is very hard to please, actually told me that he really likes the finish product and that A1 provided quality and detailed work product. Iâ ve used other contractors. So far, A1 has been the best.

John and his team did a GREAT job with our bathroom remodel. They expanded our shower area and installed a new shower system, replaced the bathtub and vanity, and put in new floors. John made sure everything was right on schedule and that any problems or issues were addressed promptly. Both John and Chris were awesome to work with -- they were very professional, highly skilled, and customer-service focused. We're happy with the result and look forward to working with them again on future home projects.

A-1 builders did a beautiful job in remodeling our master bathroom (removing the tub and expanding the shower). The whole experience was nice. John and his crew were professional. John always responded to the text and followed up till the end. From the beginning, what differentiated John from others was that John listened and made practical suggestions to keep things within budget. John cared to make things right! The project was done within the duration estimated in the contract. The overall cost didn't change. The bills were clear. The workers always cleaned up daily. They also painted the vanity cabinet and framed the mirror. Thank you A-1 Builders. We enjoyed our new shower!

A1 Builders did a complete bathroom remodel for me. John and all of his crew at A1 Builders were absolutely top-notch and wonderful to work with. They did beautiful work, paid close attention to detail, followed all homeowners directions to a tee, and went above and beyond to please their customer. The tile work was skillfully done. They were 100% reliable and showed up every day on time. They worked quickly and finished the whole job in 6 days. They were careful to cover and protect all existing floors. They cleaned up the work space every evening before leaving and hauled off all trash daily. Johns prices were very reasonable and on par with other contractors estimates, and he stayed within my budget. I feel I got a great value for the money spent. I highly recommend A1 Builders for any remodeling job!

John and his team did a beautiful job with our bathroom remodel project. The quality of the work was exemplary. Throughout the project he was in regular communication with us to ensure we were satisfied with everything before proceeding to the next step. We were unsure of the style and color scheme for the shower and floor tile and John took time out of his schedule to meet with us and help choose the bathroom tile. We would recommend John to anyone looking to do any type of remodel project in their home.

Total revamp of my 25 year old bathroom. Removed tub and small shower stall to install a large walk-in shower. New cabinets, tile floors, and all new fixtures. We hired them to repair/remodel a bathroom. Despite the amount of work involved, they were very patient about answering questions and providing ideas and advice. Very professional, timely, clean, friendly, and the workmanship is amazing! We LOVE our new bathroom! I would definitely call them again when we need work done. Oh, and a special bark out from Abbey to Chris: "Thanks for the treats and the belly rubs! You are a gem!".

Hired to sand very old texture off walls, paint walls and ceiling, caulk and paint baseboards, paint a fireplace, remove an entryway closet, replace a door between master bedroom and garage with a solid wall, wrap ceiling in beam in stained cedar, replace ceiling fan with chandelier. All work was complete in less than 2 weeks! The crew covered all of my floors, furniture, and cabinets for the sanding/painting and cleaned up everything. Communication was easy and any mid-work requests (like "use this stain I left in the garage") were communicated to the crew. They went above and beyond, even caulking the wood floors around the fireplace that were left unfinished by another handyman. Small requests were not forgotten or ignored. I could not be more pleased and will definitely hire them again!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! All communication & work was completed as promised with cleanups done each night. John and his entire crew were concerned with the quality of their work and accomplishing all we were wanting. Our job consisted of removing our shower & tub in our master bath & creating a much larger shower & linen closet.....all we had opened for, turned out great!! We would definitely recommend & contact them for any other projects we have....great job guys!
