The A1 team did an outstanding job of getting in performing all of the work patio raise,raise sidewalk and raise the common area sidewalk . You couldn’t even tell that they were in and out , the injection points blended well. The crew was very informative and very efficient.

Being that this was the first time I had ever had work like this done I found it very interesting. All members of the crew were more than willing to answer my questions as the project progressed. The crew seemed to be very efficient and knew exactly how they wanted to proceed. I was very impressed.

Our concrete porch (12 feet wide "T" shape, 4 feet wide on the ends, and 6 feet in the middle, 5 inches thick)had sunk about 1.5, maybe 2 inches toward the foundation and was causing cracks in the porch. The drop was clearly visible from where the concrete has sunk below the original caulk line. In April of 2025, I checked various contractors and settled on A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation, because they were responsive and use a limestone slurry to raise the concrete rather than foam. Limestone is inert and will not decompose over time. The A-1 representative, Joshua, was friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, professional and polite. He asked me questions about the house foundation, the porch foundation as part of sizing up the effort. They were able to schedule me in a few days. A-1 concrete did a great job at a good price and I am very pleased with the end result.

They (Ron) not only quoted and completed the work, but provided help in the decision making process offering suggestions even before they were chosen.
