Ray was phenomenal. He takes the time to explain the process. He also was diligent in making sure he got our furniture as clean as it could be. The service we received was outstanding! Very professional and extremely good results! We had a very dirty recliner cleaned and very dirty carpets with many spots. Ray was able to get everything looking like new again! We thought the chair was beyond cleaning, but he showed us otherwise. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Rey did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our entire home. He is very thorough with the work he performs. He explained all of the services that would be performed in great detail. Also let me know of any possible issues that may arise so that I would not be surprised. I would definitely use A-1 Carpet Cleaning again and would recommend others to do so as well.

Explained the different types of cleaners that could be used on some very tough stains, and left the options and choices up to me, not pushing one cleaner over another. Very quick and professional cleaned our carpet even the area where we had a pretty bad wear pattern came very clean looked like new. Only thing I would have been concerned about were the stairs, they were very clean but very wet. Seemed wetter than the rest of the carpet in the basement. All dry, except for the stairs within 24 hours and a couple of fans. I would recommend Ray to friends and family for the cleaning of their carpets.
