Very professional and quick.

My carpet had stretched and had ripples in it. I was considering replacing the carpet and a friend recommended I try having it restretched. I wasn't optimistic but gave it a try and was surprised at how good the carpet now looks. Good results and certainly a lot cheaper than y alternative.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the service had to be rescheduled several times, which was handled professionally and promptly. The work was great, the guys were nice, and I'd hire them again.

Scheduling was convenient. Service was good. Repair was excellent.

I hired them to stretch carpeting in 6 rooms. They were super responsive and set it for a Saturday. They worked for the several hours and upon leaving said they had forgotten their vacuum. I had no problem cleaning up, but they left a huge ripple in my master bedroom. I called them 2 hours after they left and have never heard back from them. Not even to acknowledge my message. I feel I paid them for a service I did not receive. I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend them.

Scheduling was easy, the church nursery carpet looks great. Josh was courteous, and thorough.

Price was a little high but we were able to work that out.

They discovered that water was under my carpets and nothing could be done to repair them. When the water problem is resolved, I will contact them for an estimate on new carpet. They were very professional and efficient.

After I set up the appointment, they called back and changed the schedule so it wasn't done when I wanted it and I really wasn't happy about it. Also, I didn't realize they were going to use a portable machine instead of a truck-mounted machine so I don't think it did the job as well. That was my fault since I didn't ask. The guy who did the work was very pleasant and very professional, yet it was a problem for him to be there with cleaners as they didn't move as fast as he did and he didn't like having to wait.

I called to check on the appointment and was told I wasn't on the schedule. They were apologetic and got me in the next day. I was called on the day of the appointment and told they would be coming to my house early. Josh actually arrived later than stated but within the predicted window. He was courteous and did a good job on the carpets. I was told initially it would be $50 per room for five rooms and no charge for the hallway and closets. It turned out to be $300 for everything. Considering the amount of work, space, and time required, I thought this was fair so I didn't complain.

They were able to get me in quickly and were done quickly!

They were very nice to work with, very timely, polite, courteous, and did exactly what they said they would do. I was very impressed with their work and service. They finished the work very quickly, with reasonable prices. I felt comfortable working with them and I would recommend this company to anyone.
