Overall they did a good job considering what needed to be done. It was a pretty small job of replacing and fixing some carpeting issues. I did think it was a bit pricey for the amount of work.

These men where fabulous and completed the work even when it ran into late evening. They may have been exhausted but they never let me down. I would recommend them to anyone needing Cleaning and Stretching.

The tech was running later than scheduled but called to advise when they were on the way. Carpet stretch work was done as requested, and the folks were courteous and professional.

Very nice father and son team. Worked hard and did a great job. My carpet was a mess with stretched out bumps all over. They tightened it flat and cleaned it very nicely. I highly recommend A1!

They quoted me one price on the phone and it was more than the quoted price when they arrived. I called to cancel and they showed up at my house anyway. They removed the floor molding to complete the job but did not re-attach. When my husband called them and asked about the molding, they told him to get some nails and re-attach himself and hung-up the phone.

They were polite & on time, however the floor wasn't cleaned properly because it still as dirty as when they came. Plus the carpet that I had them stretch out, but it is still warped. I tried to reach them but they haven't gotten back to me.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) was advised that carpet was badly stained and that most of them would not come out .we did the best we could with what we fad She told us to proceed which we did .the streching was dont properly ,carpet was tight the carpet had been loose for a long period of time ,after a while the carpet forms creases in it which you can still see after carpet is tightened . She was advised on all aspects before we began ,our techs wete told to proceed."
