A-1 Certified did a complete Townhouse inspection including the roof. He was very thorough, professional and courteous and did an excellent job.

The inspection report was not as thorough as others that I have seen. Inspector was very nice and arrived on time. He provided the basic functions for which he was hired, but did not extend beyond that. He was okay.

Hired A-1 Certified Home Inspectors in February on short notice. Anthony was very personable, professional, thorough and efficient. Had my inspection report within hours after completing the inspection. He talked me through the few concerns he found and didn't try to mansplain things to me (unless I asked him to). I got estimates from multiple inspectors. A-1 was not the least expensive, they were about the middle, but due to the reviews here, his responsiveness and just a general good feeling over the phone I went for it. I don't regret it. Upon arriving to the inspection, the seller of the property I was buying (who is in the real estate business) informed me that he had heard of A-1 before and that they were the best around. I would highly recommend A-1 Certified Home Inspecition
