They failed to correct the problem. Water still stands, and my walkway is cracked in more places. However, the man who repaired some bad places in the brick work in front of my garage did a very good job. To the companys credit, they did not bill my for what they did (or failed to do).

A-1 Concrete Leveling did a good job in their work for me, but the netting was not put down correctly. It was draped into the ditch so that the dirt fell back into the hole. As the months have gone by, it should have been attached to the sides of the ditch to keep the dirt in place. Also, the ditch work was not taken far enough to the street so the water stands. The slope of the land to the street goes up instead of down causing the water to back up and not drain properly. They came out to see the problems, but so far have not fixed them. They said their work is guaranteed, so I know they will come back when they can. The amount of rain we have had is the problem. I am quite sure they have gotten behind with probably everyone. I do think they are a very good company. I have a difficult situation that they have been working with here. As far as I know, I have gotten no rain water in my crawl space since they came the first time. They did do a lot of work including installing a new sump pump. They are very nice people and I do feel they know what they are doing. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone. My 3 rating is only a pending, you might say, rating until they can come back and redig the drainage ditch. (I don't know what to call things in this area, so please excuse my lay terms.)

They did great work and were very customer service oriented. I would definitely use them again...

Very happy with the service and finished repair. The crew were efficient and cleaned up their work area before leaving. The workmanship was fantastic. Communication from the office about scheduling & what to expect was great. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Accidentally cut cable to house-needed to call dig number

We needed part of our front sidewalk leveled, and also porch stairs. Rhett was on time for the estimate and thorougly explained what had to be done, and how it would be done. No rush, willing to answer any questions at all. They called and had an earlier opening than promised so we got it done even sooner than we had hoped. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. We were shown progress as the job was being done, and questions were asked to make sure we were 100% pleased with the job. Clean up was done so you didn't even know anyone was working at our home. Job turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend A1 for any leveling, or concrete needs.

These guys deliver what they promise. I have used them a couple of times. Always please with the work. Recommend to anyone
