A-1 was hired to remodel two bathrooms. The contract stated the job would begin on May 13th, and be completed by the estimated date of July 24th. Two payments were required half when I signed the contract and the other half when the job was completed and I was happy with the results. It included painting both bathrooms, the master bedroom, and the closet, installing floors in the bathrooms, vanities and backsplashes, vanity lights, mirrors, and fixtures. The master bathroom also included taking out a garden tub, shower, installing a new tile shower, and ceiling light. They also took apart my master closet to make a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing in the hall bathroom. This was done to install a valve or something because of the new fixtures being put in the tub. The glass blocks and glass door for the master bath shower were back-ordered. On June 16th when they got ready to leave for the day, I was asked that since we had the backorder and they had another job they could do in the meantime would I make a partial payment on the rest of the job. As soon as the back-ordered stuff came they would be back to finish my job. I do not remember exactly when the tile and door were delivered, but it was by the end of July for sure. Suffice it to say they have been back once since then on October 16th if I remember correctly. There is always an excuse. Some may have been valid. I will never know for sure. I initiated 98% of the conversations (text only). They were not answering their phone. Numerous times I was told (by text) they were coming to work, but they never showed. I have severed ties with A-1 but requested delivery of my blocks and door. I am still waiting. I am giving A-1 a rating of a half star because I cannot give a 0.

The guys are very polite and honest and great to deal with!! I live in Columbia Tennessee and couldn't get a single company here to perform a small job!! I waited 5 months and still no reply from local businesses!! A-1 was here when promised and took their time to do a good job!! I will use them from now on and recommend you do to !!!! A-1 is A-1 !!!

Ben was fantastic. He sent us before and after pictures so my Dad did not have to get on the roof. Great communication would hire him again! Very personable!

They took on a huge job in a small yard like pros. Brooks took all of our needs, suggestions and then some and followed through. We had a few hiccups along the way due to COVID-19 and weather but in the end they did a superb job. Brooks is very knowledgeable and came through like a champ. We now have a beautiful, usable, open backyard with an extended deck, new fence and a mini pergola. Well done.

No muss no fuss, got it done.

They did a great job repairing siding and power washing.

Had a very simple fix that needed to be made, but they treated us with the courtesy and professionalism of a large job. Would highly recommend. We were very happy with our experience.

Anthony Brooks and Lou are very professional, courteous and hard working team. Customer oriented and very helpful and friendly to a fault. The old siding was used to cover my outdoor shed and the work is outstanding. I highly recommend Brooks and Lou for whatever project you may need or want. Very fair in estimates and time on project was completed ahead of what I thought it would take. You will not be disappointed in there attention to detail. I appreciated great help! Thank you to Brooks and Lou, you guys do awesome work!

We had a large deck added to the back of our home and we are very pleased with the results. Brooks was very accommodating w/ request and changes we made along the way. He completed the project on schedule and did so w/ a professional work ethic. We will definitely hire him again.

Anthony took up my old wet wood flooring, because of a toilet leak, and replaced it with beautiful white marble tile. Excellent service and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Wish I could attach pictures! Thanks Anthony!
