Chris was very honest an open. He stayed on it and did not charge us anything until the AC was working perfectly. They took the older system and cleaned everything after them. They also were fast to act, performed the job the day after we confirmed.

I had two complete HVAC systems replaced. The work was done in five hours with no problems. The price was reasonable. My house is cold again. I am completely satisfied with A1 and highly recommend them.

Chris Northey was very responsive to my request for information and providing a quote. He and his crew were very professional, plus he gave me a better price and a better grade of unit than my current AC company quoted. He installed a new AC/Furnance and a Condensor. I would definitely recommend.

Chris gave a fair price without trying to upsell you anything and the work was completed in a reasonable time. He arrived to start the project at the agreed time. The installers were very nice too and would answer any question I had. Chris basically stayed through the whole project they started at 10 am and was done by 4pm. But after having replaced and bought new compressor s through the years, having one with a lifetime warranty is an added plus.. with all the compressors weâ ve replaced through the years we should just have gotten a completely new system. I have nothing but nice things to say about Chris and his crew. I would recommend that if you ever need a new AC system give him a call. Youâ ll be happy you did. ð

They were very prompt. Chris is an awesome person to deal with. Their installers arrived and worked tirelessly, thru a heavy thunderstorm I might add, until the system was up and running. I could not be happier with the product and service, especially for such a reasonable price.

Chris Northey / A1 Cooling and Heating delivers a good job, he has a simple process in presenting, explaining, selling and financing (if needed) the hvac units/service. His guys arrived and did a good job on a complete hvac change out (condenser & evaporator/air handler in a timely manner, then Chris returned a couple days later to inspect the install and check the freon level. Dependable and professional

Chris (A1...) was just the type of contractor / business I was looking for. Reasonable price, good quality. Good communication and explained options I ask for without trying to up-sale to me. Gave me exactly what I ask for, wanted. Team was quick and efficient considering the job (complete replacement). Very professional and personable.

The work was only done today, but the owner was here to oversee all work the whole time. All workers were very courteous. They kept my home safe while working by putting down tarps to catch all debris. I did have a few estimates and Chris had the best rate for same products, but he offered a two year labor warranty. The next closet bid was only one year labor and was $2400 more for the same product. I would definitely recommend Chris and his company A-1 Cooling and Heating.
