Poor customer service. I gave him a deposit in August of over 2000 dollars. I have not heard back since November. I have tried to reach him by email and phone calls to no avail.

Right from the beginning I liked Chad at A-1. I got 5 bids and felt very comfortable choosing A-1 over the other 4. They did exactly what they said they would do and worked with me on changes that were made along the way. The deck is phenomenal both structurally and aesthetically. They were very careful along the way and completed the deck in a timely manner. Chad and his crew did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.
