Very quick service (reglazing single pane window). Only complaint is that the caulking bead was not very smooth. Since I was moving the next day, didn't really have a chance to see if they would revise it.

I really liked Mark. He struck me as a really honest individual. He and his crew worked fast and beat the estimated price I got from the few others I called for a quote before him.

Professional, and very nice, but rarely on time. When the gentlemen were here, they were efficient and did a good job. However, between the time you get a hold of them, and the time they arrive at your doorstep, be prepared to follow up. Just because they say they are on their way to your house, it doesn't mean they will get to your house in the 30 minutes they tell your, or even in the same day. Three stars: A-1 Discount Glass was four stars for workmanship, and one star for timeliness.

Very good. Mark explained what needed to be done and worked within my time lines. He had some "truck" problems that made him late on install day, but he called and made arrangements. He always kept me informed of when he was coming. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a shower or shower door replaced.

Very difficult to contact and follow up with. Many times you could not leave a message b/c the voice mailbox was full. No one showed up for the first appointment. When they did, what was supposed to take a few days (to order the windows), turned into two months! They installed the window panes quickly, but did not clean them well after installation. There are adhesive finger prints on them as well as excess glue coming from the frames. While they were there, I got an estimate to replace a large window pane. I liked the estimate, and asked them to order it. That was in May. I have not heard from them since.

Discount Glass & Mirror responded within hours, and replaced a broken window in my house at a cost less than others I had been quoted. They were polite, and careful to clean up the glass, both inside and out. This was a pleasant experience, and I recommend their services.

I had to trim access adhensive on several windows and clean up a little bit of glass dust, but...all in all an very good job.
