A 1 Dry Carpet Cleaning

Miguel was GREAT! EXCELLENT customer service. Was here early, I wasn't-only by 2 mins. There were packages by the front door and he helped me get them inside. Then he started his magic. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. After he finished, I was amazed because they looked like new carpets! My family coming in even raved over them! Thank you, Miguel!

Did not use any water to clean, felt like he just sprayed carpet freshener and vacuumed. I had to rent a cleaner to get the carpets cleaned and the water in the cleaner was very dirty. This was after paying the gentleman $120 to clean my carpet.

Prompt, friendly service. Product used smelled good also. He did a good job cleaning the carpet in our home.

He was very professional he was in and out within 2 hours, it smelled so fresh and clean.

Miguel almost insisted that we pay with a check written to him personally rather than using a credit card.I found it very offensive.

The carpets cleaned was for a re-rental in a somewhat newly constructed town house. The carpets were in a fairly clean condition to begin with. So I hired this company to basically refresh the carpets on the entire top floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk-in closets. Since this was a "dry" cleaning it was satisfactory for what I needed to have done. However, it the carpets were heavily soiled or showed more wear; then I would have opted for a "wet" or "steam" type cleaning which would be more appropriate for that type of condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this company again for "light" freshening of any of my rental units. However, for heavy duty cleaning, I would definitely use a different company that does a "wet" cleaning. There is a difference and it's just a matter of knowing what your needs are.

The customer service was awesome. The carpets didn't look any better than a DIY rental from the grocery store.

Discuss job before hiring. He moved nothing. Cleaned around everything. You can rent a cleaner and get more done.

The so called tech showed up on time at least but refused to do job because my carpets were to bad and"out of his league " I told him I'm a disabled vet that can't even vacuum. I asked if it would at least work as good as a rental shampoo cleaner. He said no. So don't waste your money rent a cleaner from Wal-Mart for $30 it does a better job . I'm only telling you all what honestly was said. DONT HIRE THIS LAZY COMPANY.

The areas there weren't used very much turned out alright. The stains in the high traffic areas are still there. After they left and I vacuumed I could still see the outlines of the carpet and it was not a good job. The service was good.

I spoke to Sammie when I contacted A-1; she was pleasant and professional and set up my appointment. I asked her to let me know if she had any cancellations as I wanted it done earlier if possible; she called me with a cancellation and offered me an earlier timeframe. So nice to deal with that level of professionalism. Miguel arrived on time and did a walk through, went over the pricing (very reasonable!!) and the procedure. He cleaned the carpets in under an hour - They looked new!! I will certainly recommend this company to my friends and I will be using them again!! Great company & excellent work!!!

Miguel, the owner of A 1 Dry Carpet cleaning showed up on time in a nice little compact car with his brand on it. He was dressed in a company shirt and introduced himself and what the company did. He went room to room, assessing the carpet's condition and told me what I could expect, results-wise. He brought in his machine which worked fast and fairly noise-free. After he'd done 2 rooms he said that the carpet was turning out great and better than he expected...great, I thought. Twenty minutes later, he was done, gathered up his equipment, left a receipt for payment and I'm sitting in a very clean apartment right now. It was a smart decision to chose this service. Customer Service was great. The carpet cleaning was not what I expected. Our carpet wasn't that dirty. We needed the traffic areas cleaned up a bit, but after all finished, it looked the same to me. It looked like we just vacuum the carpet. Sorry, but I won't use them again.

Fantastic customer service. Very clear, competitive price quote. Called a day before to confirm appointment and showed up on time. When Miguel arrived he took one look at our old, stained berber carpet and suggested that he clean a test spot before officially starting the job. His concern was that if he could not clean 90-100% of our carpet that he didn't want to do it and risk us being disappointed with the results. The test confirmed his concerns and we decided not to proceed. We were thrilled with Miguel's honesty and commitment to pleasing his customers even if it meant that he didn't get to bill us for the job that we had originally requested. This should be no means reflect negatively on Miguel's cleaning ability. We inherited some really ratty rugs when we bought the house and due to the type and condition there really was no hope for cleaning them well we all agreed in hindsight. Miguel was extremely personable and a pleasure to have in our home. We will be replacing our carpet and Miguel will definitely be the guy we call to clean it in the future!
