Hello, I am Philip Dallmeier and I have been in the duct cleaning and chimney sweep business for over 20 years. I am a second generation air duct and chimney technician. I started A-1 Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep back in 2009. I have prided myself on delivering the highest quality Service at the most reasonable prices. Jessie was on time. Got the dryer vent cleaner than I could have. Pulled out dryer, swept behind it, put it back. Very clean. Picked up all the 'dust bunnies' around vent and put them in the trash. Would recommend to anyone.

The appointment was for 8am. I called around 9am only got voice mail. He did not show up until 9:30am and I had to supply my own trash bag. Also, never did receive a call back.

"I am sorry for inconvenience that was caused. We had you scheduled in our calendar for 9am, I guess there was a mix up on the time. While our technician tries to arrive promptly when scheduled there are things that come up that are out of our control. The reason you did not receive a call back is we contact the technician immediately and we find it redundant to call the customer when the technician is there or just arriving."

Most companies want to send men. A-1 sent one and he was very professional and polite. He did a fantastic job and the air coming out of my newly installed duct register/vents is super clean! This company's was fairer in it's pricing than most of the others, but did great work!

Company rep showed up not only on time, but a few minutes early, already knew what the job entailed from my phone calls with the company, and completed all tasks very, very efficiently. Completely cleaned up all the debris resulting from the chimney cleaning, and the dryer exhaust outlet. I am completely satisfied with both the work accomplished and price paid. I send both appreciation and thanks to A-1 for a job well done.

The tech was on time and handled the issue quickly. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use A-1 again. Other companies such as Sears wanted 3 times as much. Lesson learned is to get several quotes. Companies will try to take advantage when they see where you live.

I used this company to have my chimney cleaned out and inspected for the sale of our home. Customer service was great, appointment set promptly and tech came over within the window of appt time. Very polite and neat job. He was quick and knowledgeable. I recommend A-1 Duct Cleaning for sure.
