A-1 Duct Cleaning Services cleaned 2 different systems for me. Mr. Thomas was very professional, courteous, and thorough with his work. One system was particularly soiled, in a trailer that had been unoccupied for several years. My son moved into that trailer not long after Mr. Thomas did his work. He has allergies, and has said on more than one occasion to me that he has had no problems since moving in. I highly recommend this business.

We DID NOT actually have our ducts cleaned.. simply got a quote for right now. Mr. Thomas was very professional in his manner and very flexible in timing, working around our difficult schedule. The services presented appear to be top-notch. The only thing I might "down-grade" him for (and this is very minor) is that he seemed unprepared to give us a written quote - He sketched the information in a notebook for his own records, and we were able to make a copy for our records. A pre-printed sheet (with carbon copies maybe?) on which he could write the quotes would come across as more professional. Otherwise, we were extremely impressed.
