Didn't do a good job finishing. The stucco work done around my bay windows was poorly done and started leaking and had to hire another contractor to repair.

We hired A1 Exterior to paint the outside front porch and columns. The quality and service was poor. No prep work was done to address the peeling paint on the columns; it was simply painted over. The company expected payment when the paint was still wet and hadn't dried after only 1 coat. We advised that we could visually see places that were overlooked and that needed to be touched up before we pay the remaining balance. We were then told, "this is what you paid for." The following day, they did come out to touch up the work, but we had to oversee the touch ups and direct the work. I would not recommend this company for future work.

Day they showed to stain deck and pergola the subcontractor was told deck only and he did not have the proper supplies. Two hours after they started work I was confronted with a quote of double the actual estimate. I agreed to pay more but not double. Get your quote in writing to include a 10% variance.

The painting team that A1 provided was thorough and persistent working in hot humid weather that made if very uncomfortable for outside work. The painter and helper did an excellent job prepping and repainting the exterior trim on my home. They even pointed out an area of rotted trim board that I was able to replace. In addition, they cleaned out clogged gutters that I'm unable to reach. I appreciated the extra effort they provided while working my project. I wouldn't hesitate hiring A1 Exterior Wall Creations again should I require a contractor with their expertise.
