A-1 fencing did a great job with my fence and deck. When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. They took care of the city permit for our deck and fence while we took care of the HOA permit, which made it very easy for us since we only had to manage one of the permits. Cesar and the team at A-1 was very responsive to my emails, texts, and calls which I really appreciated. When building the actual fencing and decking, the workers were really polite and meticulous. Our house overlooks a pretty steep cliff and our door leading to the deck is very high, so I applaud them for being able to create something so beautiful for us given the conditions they were facing. Throughout the process, Cesar updated me on the timeline of everything and anytime I had a question, I could always call him and have my questions answered. The team at A-1 did an amazing job and I for sure would recommend them to my friends and relatives and anyone searching online.

In 2019, A-1 Fencing installed a front pathway with bricks lined with timbers.They secured the timbers with rebar. What we didn't discover until Sept. 2021 was that the rebar pierced the sewer line, causing a sewer backup. Roto-Rooter cleared it for $700. I attempted to reach A-1 Fencing by phone, e-mail, and letter, with no response. Roto-Rooter quoted $7800 to repair the line, but if A-1 would just send out a crew member to help dig into the line, my husband could repair it. However we received NO REPLY FROM CESAR OJEDA or anyone else at A-1 Fencing.

On time, on budget, professional, courteous and competitively priced. The crew removed a very messy old fence from a tight space and replaced it with a new one that looks even better than the illustration photos they showed us. Minor problems were addressed promptly, efficiently and without complaint. Very easy to deal with. I'm already planning to use them for other projects.

Cesar was knowledgeable about his product and did not try to talk us into a buying a different type of fence like the other three companies tried to do. The price he gave us was more reasonable than the other companies. We are pleased with the vinyl fence and the dog is happy he can now play outside.

Their pricing was reasonable and the quality far surpassed my expectations. They saved me money over several other estimates and Cesar came up with a great design that solved my yard's design flaw. He was reliable, personable, professional and his crew was exceptionally tidy and polite. They also used far higher quality wood than the large chains offer and still beat the competition's prices. I could not recommend any service more. I would hire him again without hesitation. From the first phone call through the estimate and install, Cesar was wonderful to work with. I adore my new fence. I think the dog is less than happy that it is so sturdy, but I am just thrilled.

A-1Fencing is a top notch fencing company. Cesar was highly responsive and helpful, providing a very prompt estimate, a reasonable price, and same day installation of 100 feet of aluminum fencing. We are very pleased with the result. And when we had a concern about some material left behind by the workers, Cesar immediately came out and corrected it. I recommend them for anyone needing fencing done.

Ceasar and his team were fast, efficient and did good quality work for a price far better than others quoted me. When I asked them to respect my neighbor s carefully cared for lawn, they even spent an extra 45 minutes with a leaf blower each day getting sawdust off their property. I recommend them to anyone, and they have already done additional work for me and other neighbors including an excellent stairway and handrail.

Out of 5 companies these guys were the only ones to come on time to provide me with an estimate. They also stuck to the schedule and did the work efficiently with high quality. On top of that their prices were the most competitive. All around great company.
