quick response and good service for garage door.

JUne 2016 we had issues with a garage door and the company came out then. The tech who did the work was very professional. Came to repair ONE of two garage doors that would not go down. The SECOND door worked fine but as a preventative measure he suggested we replace the springs as the age of the doors was 10 years. We did and thus began the EXACT problem on the second door. After calling 3+ times and leaving messages, I never received a call until February 2017 after stating that I would need to take to BBB as the door did NOT work and worked just fine prior to their preventative replacement. The "business manager" was insulting, condescending and antagonizing to me. They had no paperwork on my job and accused me of calling the wrong company. (I called from the sticker they placed on my doors) I texted my paperwork to her and told her I would provide her the dates of the calls as well and she absolutely wanted to verify that. She was argumentative, told me that they cannot guarantee their work would fix the problem because of the age of the doors. REMEMBER, I had NO PROBLEM with that door! It ended up with me telling her that the conversation would be over if she continued to berate and belittle the customer and she continued, so I hung up. Unfortunately for the company, I would never do business with them because their business manager and the lack of follow up by the company and the list of excuses she offered and attacks on the customer. That on top of the fact that the garage door is broken because of them, I would not recommend them
