Fast work!

Initial attempt brought the wrong doors. Problem was resolved in a reasonable time and correct doors were installed a week later.

Initial work had a problem but they responded immediately in the evening and didn't leave until it was fixed. 4.5 rating is because of the initial work needing a repair. I would hope them again.

Everyone was clear and up front about all costs associated with our new garage door. They offered us options that fit into exactly what we wanted. And it cost a LOT less than we anticipated.

They were very responsive, thorough, and reliable. They did not try to sell me more than what I asked for.

All these issues could have been resolved through communication.

Overall a good company. Had a few issues and I am still waiting to hear back on some of the issues that need to be resolved. When I put request in through home advisor and scheduled my first appointment I had to take time off work to be home for appointment window. The guy never showed. I called and he did call me back the next day and offered to come out a day later. He said he would offer a discount for the trouble. We originally called for a repair but after consulting with Patrick the rep, we ended up deciding to replace the both our garage doors. When the tech came to replace the garage doors he did a very good job although did not fix some of the wiring issues that I was having originally when I called. I have a call into the company and spoke with the office staff who said they would get back to me but have not heard from them yet. That was just a few days ago. I will update this review if they do resolve my issue.

Easy fix quickly done. Workman gave a lot of useful information about the working of garage openers.

Installed (2) new garage doors w. (2) new openers @ my new house in Hollis. Their pricing was very competitive. The installers were both competent & friendly. I would recommend A-1 !
