A very friendly kind treatment. They made a small mistake in a connection but when I called them they came immediately and in a few minutes they solved the problem. they were always very punctual.

I was misinformed about what they would do, charged much more than the service was worth, and they had no interest in doing anything other than the most simple problems. They said they were sending someone out to follow up but never did.

"Hello, We have already answered your review on our other platforms. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We would like to clear up the fact that we did not overcharge you. We have a set price for home diagnostics, which our technician clearly stated to you and we have your signature in our records stating that you are okay with the price for our home diagnostic. We also need to clear up the fact that aside from the home diagnostic you asked our technician if said item was broken and he gave you an answer. That item being broken or not wasn't part of the home diagnostic that you paid us for. Lastly for the quote that needs to be sent; we are a growing business and we have many customers including yourself that we have to attend to and we have other business that we work with to get the supply prices needed to create an estimate. We do understand that it can be frustrating to not get an estimate right away but we do appreciate all of our wonderful customers patience in cases where the wait time for an estimate might be longer than usual. We pride ourselves in giving 98% or more of our customers the estimates as soon as we are about to leave their homes but sometimes due to complications that can't be done. Thank you for leaving a review and we do apologize for not sending you the receipt. I have already sent it over to you. I recently had quite a bit of electrical work done. GCFI outlets, install new fans, install outdoor lighting ad hardwire two outdoor fans. I am more than satisfied with the work done by A1 Florida Electrical. Victor was prompt, attentive, explained everything well. I would not hesitate to call them for any future electrical needs.

They are incredible!! They are by far the nicest, most conscientious electricians I've ever worked with. They're honest and get the job done. We had a major panel upgrade and they handled the whole thing from planning to permits. They were at our house for the inspection and handled the whole process. Not only that, they were friendly and got back to me right away when I had a question. They then followed up with me when the project was done to make sure all went well and if I needed anything else. These folks are THE BEST!!
