We're courteous and did a good job. Only hickup was they had to call me back a second time to complete the install as they did not have all the parts initially, but this only took an extra couple days to finish and they did not charge me until the job was complete and to my satisfaction.

The installer gave me a date and time when he would be here. He actually showed up a little early, which is a plus in my books. He installed the new opener, removed the old one and then he oiled the tracks of the installed opener as well as the tracks of my other opener. He instructed me on the use and care of it, gave me an invoice, wrote him a check and he was gone. VERY professional.
