He was honest and upfront about pricing, never tried to upsell anything, and had everything repaired much faster than I expected. From calling yesterday to having Aaron out today with the garage door fixed, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The fact that he came out and provided such great service on his birthday says a lot about his professionalism and dedication. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

If you're a senior citizen you sure don't want to do any business with A1 Garage Door Company they will make you feel like you have been hustled and scammed when everything is all through. They have enormous pricing for their work I paid over $1,600 for replacing a torsion spring assembly on my 8-ft garage door. That work and parts should have cost me between $600 and $700. I had Ben as my technician, he was sociable enough and polite enough but I don't think he was honest about my problems. I now think he knew he was overstating my problems with my garage door but he went ahead anyway and reported other problems that I said no to. I have since had another garage door company come out and look at my problems and they said I didn't need to do anything. I know that part of it may be my problem because I didn't check reviews for A1 Garage Door Company. I only went on a sticker from years ago on my garage door and a TV commercial on my TV for garage tune-ups. I now feel like I was t

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.

A1 was very professional and charged a fair price to repair our garage door. I felt the repairman was quick and presented us with all of our options before moving forward.

the technician came in a timely fashion, and notified he was on his way. He quickly discerned the problem and resolved it. The cost was a little steep, but the peace of mind is well worth it. We will call them again if the need arises.

We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm.
