Outstanding! Tiger was my technician...let me just say, this cat knows way too much about garage doors. Tiger called 30 mins before the appointed time to let me know he was on his way. He and his trainee (Brian?) showed up in an impressive A1 Garage Door truck, wearing crisp A1 uniforms...and made a great 1st impression. Throughout the entire time they spent servicing my garage doors, they demonstrated the type of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that I'd expect from a military operation. Tiger thoroughly explained the defects and potential failures regarding systems, and provided well-planned remedies to address the issues. Thanks! I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

Ben did an absolutely fabulous job. Established what needed to be done, fixes that were needed, and returned to complete the job. Though young; Ben knew his abilities and was extremely capable and forthcoming with his analysis. He went out of his way to ensure I was confident and informed with the necessary work. He was an important part of my day being good and I commend him for his thoroughness.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I found A1 through Angi, and they responded immediately. We set up an appointment, and Zack not only called with an ETA but also offered to bring me coffee. Zack assessed what was needed, quoted me the same price they offered initially, which was well below their competitors, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. I appreciated that when I had questions during the installation, Zack stopped to answer them completely. When he was finished he cleaned up the work area and took all of the trash away. He also programmed the keypads and my car. I was thoroughly impressed with Zack's professionalism and thoroughness. I would strongly recommend this company!

Arrived promptly and knew what to do to get my garage door working again. I appreciated that he did not push me to upgrade my door or to replace a motor that was still working.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.
