Nick Peterson has excellent customer service he is awesome.

The technician was very professional.. explained all that was needed.. I did allow an additional service to be done at time of tune up. The other recommended options after checking on line and consulting with family indicates either the labor was overpriced, the product or both. While not disappointed with the tech or his work, the pricing is out of alignment with the economy

I used A1 for routine garage maintenance and pleased with the service. The technician, Thomas Bailey, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Will definitely be using A1 in the future.

My garage door wouldn't close and A1 sent Sterling Sabatini out to the rescue! He was so kind, informative and walk me through all aspects. He installed new springs and drums. Walked through every safety checkpoint. Cleaned up and left everything in perfect condition. I'm thankful that he was able to come out right away and put my mind at ease. Thanks again for such great customer service!

Kind, funny techs (Justin, Cannot recall the other guy) honest with me regarding my situation, explained things at a technical level j could understand.

The contractor was not fully honest on discussing all fees, he was more concerned with upselling and would not install the product that they offered they would install.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!
