Sean Smith from A1 showed up to do that 39,99 garage door tune up. If we were playing poker I had the Royal Flush. Great guy professional. That’s all I’m saying. Garage door working like new. It doesn’t get any better than that!! who loves ya 7/30/26 Matt Borino showed up to do the 30 special maintenance offered by A1 received another great hand. 5 aces this time. Service technician Jeremy Lam was very helpful and honest in the whole process! He went above and beyond to make us feel good about our big purchase, we highly recommend him. He needs a raise! 2 days later Adolfo did an amazing job with our new 2 garage doors system installation. He went over everything and showed us how to use the garage door/ camera app on MyQ. So overall yes we recommend A1 Garage

Wish i read before hiring them..if you google complaints: it says: predatory high-pressure sales tactics, deceptive bait-and-switch pricing, and significantly inflated costs for parts compared to the market. I really do not like to complain against a company that now hold a warranty on the part and service they did but if they dont handle that properly theres always the NV State Contractors Board. First repairman was super friendly and seemed competent..we had a broken spring. He gave me options for the spring...i selected the one within our budget and paid over $500. I left him to do the work. I went out to see how it was going and from that moment on ..everytime i went out he told me something else was wrong. Until i reached my breaking point and asked..why didnt you tell me all this upfront? Do i need a new door??? His reply "well thats up to you..im just letting you know that your spring may not hold up due to these other issues". At that point i just wanted him gone.

Canceled project the same day. Found a different company that could replace my door for alot less! Gave a 4k deposit on my debit card on the 23 of march. It is more than 3 weeks later and I still do not have my refund!

Friendly and professional tech removed and installed new door bottom rubber seal. Cleaned up and tested door operation and did some lubrications.

While other companies say they offer customer service It is clear to me that they can't even spell customer service. A1 hit all the right test of good service. Tech was knowledgeable, on time, polite and answered all my questions. Best of all he fixed my problems at a fair price. make no mistake about it I will call them again should I have the need. Brandon is A first class tech and representative of A1.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!
