I called when they were 20 min late. Appt was 1. They said 3. They should have call.

He did not have parts to fix but made good suggestions that worked out great.

He was very courteous and professional.

He came out right away, checked out the garage door opener and found that it is working perfectly, but it is the wiring behind it that needs replaced.

The technician, Craig, came to do a maintenance check on our door. I try to have these done once a year since the door is large and heavy. He could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. He explained what needed to be done and why, and quoted two price points for me to consider. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Craig even pointed out some features of my system I didn't know I had. I give A-1 Garage Door my highest recommendation.
